What Personal Data Do We Collect
In order to provide our Services, we may hold the following information (but is not limited to);
Contact Information: We collect and retain personal contact information that you submit to us voluntarily and this includes; your full name, home address, telephone number, and e-mail address. Such contact information may be used, for example, to communicate with you to provide you with a quotation.
Demographic Information: We may collect and store anonymous demographic information (such as your postcode), so we can carry out internal market research, for example, to ascertain which areas the majority of our customers are from. No personally identifiable information will be linked to such accumulated demographic information.
Other Information: If your property is rented out we may require the contact details of the tenant so that we can arrange a convenient time to look at the work which needs to be completed, likewise, if you rent, we will need your landlord/ladies details so we can contact them to confirm they are happy for the work to go ahead on their property. We may ask you what type of roof you have or other information relating your concern and whether there are parking facilities outside your home.

What Are The Specific Legitimate Business Interests That We Require Personal Data For
All the personal data we collect is processed and stored securely, it is kept for no longer than is necessary in light of the reason(s) for which it was first collected. We will comply with our obligations and safeguard your rights under GDPR at all times.

How And Why Do We Process Personal Data
We will process your personal data in the context of our dealings with our customers as part of our services. Processing may include (but is not limited to);

How Long Will We Process Your Data For

By law we have to keep basic information about our customers (including Contact, Identity, Financial and Transaction Data) for six years after they cease being customers for tax purposes.

In some circumstances we may anonymise your personal data (so that it can no longer be associated with you) for research or statistical purposes in which case we may use this information indefinitely without further notice to you.
Who Do We Share Personal Data With
We shall not share personal data unless we are entitled to do so. The categories of persons with whom we may share personal information include;
• Any regulatory authority or statutory body pursuant to a request for information or any legal obligation which applies to us
• Our accountant for accountancy purposes
• We may sometimes contract with third parties to supply services to you on our behalf. These may include payment processing, delivery of goods, scaffolders. In some cases, the third parties may require access to some or all of your data, an example is providing an address to a scaffolding company to provide their service as part of us completing our work which would have been discussed with you. Where any of your data is required for such a purpose, We will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your data will be handled safely, securely, and in accordance with your rights, our obligations, and the obligations of the third party under the law.
We do not use any automated decision-making software.

We try to respond to all legitimate requests within one month. Occasionally it may take us longer than a month if your request is particularly complex or you have made a number of requests. In this case, we will notify you and keep you updated.

We do not collect any information about criminal convictions and offences.
How We Collect Your Personal Data
We may receive data from third parties such as analytics providers such as Google based outside the EU, advertising networks such as Facebook based outside the EU, such as search information providers such as Google based outside the EU, providers of technical, payment and delivery services, such as data brokers or aggregators. We may also receive data from publicly available sources such as Companies House and the Electoral Register based inside the EU.
Our lawful ground of processing your personal data to send you marketing communications is either your consent or our legitimate interests (namely to grow our business). Under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations, we may send you marketing communications from us if (a) you made a purchase or asked for information from us about our goods or services or (b) you agreed to receive marketing communications, and, in each case, you have not opted out of receiving such communications since.
Under these regulations, if you are a limited company, we may send you marketing emails without your consent. However, you can still opt out of receiving marketing emails from us at any time.
